The following terms and conditions shall be deemed agreed between you and LifeworQ Jobs GmbH if you use the services of LifeworQ Jobs GmbH by accessing the website of LifeworQ Jobs GmbH.

§ 1 Contracting parties

On the basis of these terms of use, a contract is concluded between the operator of the website www.tideri.com, the LifeworQ Jobs GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "job exchange", and the respective user of the aforementioned website.

§ 2 Object of agreement

  1. The job exchange is a free online platform for job advertisements, banners and other forms of online advertising. Users - jobseekers as well as employers - can place job advertisements or job applications via online input, which other users of this job exchange can access.
  2. For providers of job advertisements/employers, our terms and conditions for providers also apply.
  3. Companies/employers can post their current job offers in the job exchange free of charge. As a user, job seekers have the opportunity to access the job offers free of charge.
  4. The job exchange offers on its website www.tideri.com exclusively the possibility to publish job advertisements and to search for such. An editorial service of the job exchange is not part of the contract.
  5. The use of the portal is free of charge.

§ 3 Access to the contents of the website

  1. By using the website, the respective user accepts these terms of use. In addition, we refer to our privacy policy regarding data protection.
  2. Registration as a user is not required.
  3. The use of the job exchange is free of charge.

§ 4 Vacancies

  1. With his consent to the terms of use, the user declares that the job advertisements posted by him do not violate these terms of use or applicable law and that the user has all necessary rights of use to the content of the posted job offers (e.g. photos, graphics) and does not infringe the rights of third parties through the use.

    The vacancies posted by providers should contain:

    • job title
    • the tasks to be performed by the jobseeker
    • the qualifications/experience required; desired applicant profile
    • information on the scope of the activity, full-time or part-time
    • Period of employment: Start of the activity and, if necessary, its end in the case of a fixed term
    • Place where the activity is to be carried out
    • desired form of application with indication of contact possibilities
  2. The information provided by the provider must be true. The provider is exclusively responsible for the content of the job advertisement.
  3. The job exchange accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the content of the job advertisements. There is expressly no obligation to check the content.
  4. There is no claim against the job exchange to have the job offer published. The job exchange reserves the right to check job offers that have already been posted. Job offers to be posted or already posted can be deleted by the job exchange without giving reasons. The provider will receive information about this.

  6. 30 days after publication, vacancies will be automatically deactivated. The job exchange automatically informs the advertiser by e-mail one week before deactivation.

§ 5 Liability

  1. Claims by users of the job exchange for damages are excluded; excluded from this exclusion are claims for damages due to injury to life, limb, health and such damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty of the job exchange, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. These exclusions also apply in favour of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of the job exchange, should be asserted directly against these claims.
  2. The job exchange is not liable for the content of the job offers posted. Responsible for these are exclusively their providers. The job exchange is not obliged to check the content and/or legal status of the vacancies posted.
  3. Insofar as a user seeking employment asserts claims against the job exchange on the basis of a posted job offer - of any kind whatsoever - the provider responsible for the offer in question shall indemnify the job exchange against all claims raised in this connection.
  4. If a provider asserts claims against one of the job-seeking users against the job exchange - for example because of a damaging behaviour - the responsible job-seeking user indemnifies the job exchange against these claims.
  5. Claims for damages due to a deletion of a job advertisement made by the job exchange or a not effected activation do not exist.
  6. There is no liability for damages in connection with the destruction or loss of data on the transmission path or in the event of misuse by providers of job offers, by job-seeking users or by third parties.
  7. Finally, the Job Exchange is not liable for any damage caused to users of the Job Exchange by computer viruses or other mechanisms that result from the direct or indirect exchange of data with other users or linked websites. It is expressly pointed out that the linking may also refer to chargeable content. Before leaving the website of the job exchange, the user will be informed that he is now calling up another website.

§ 6 Availability of the job exchange

  1. The functionality and accessibility of the website www.tideri.com at any time is not subject matter of the contract; the job exchange does not assume any liability in this respect. This also applies to the technical usability.
  2. The Job Exchange is not liable for the legality, admissibility, completeness or correctness of information provided by users. Nor is it liable for the content of other websites linked to the www.tideri.com website. The job exchange expressly does not adopt the contents of external and linked pages as its own and accepts no responsibility for them. As soon as the job exchange becomes aware of illegal contents of linked websites, it will remove these links after its own review or block the forwarding.

§ 7 Data Protection

  1. Subject of the contract and these terms of use is also the privacy policy of the job exchange. This can be found under the link www.tideri.com. With the confirmation of the validity of these terms of use it is also confirmed to have read and taken note of the data protection declaration. Accordingly, the users of the Job Exchange have been informed about the scope, type, location and purpose of the data collection, processing and use of the necessary business-related and personal data by the Job Exchange or its affiliated companies.
  2. The data will not be used for market or opinion research purposes or for product information without the express consent of the user.

§ 8 Other

  1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively to the legal relationships between the job exchange and its users.
  2. If the user is a merchant or a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with the job exchange shall be the registered office of the latter. The registered office is currently 41066 Mönchengladbach.
  3. In the event that individual provisions of these Terms of Use are invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force. Ineffective conditions shall be replaced by conditions that come as close as possible to the economic meaning and purpose of the ineffective individual provision.
